Putting Loose Diamonds Into Inventory

1. Loose diamonds are inventoried and put in the stone box immediately when received by the inventory person.
2. Loose diamonds are put in STONE PAPERS immediately, NOT in baggies, NOT in envelopes, but in stone papers with all data (including measurements).

Stone papers are designed so that the diamond doesn’t cut its way out like it does in baggies and envelopes. Diamonds can be lost easily if not handled this way.
