IT Requests Must be Emailed

IT

IT received a lot of requests for help with various support issues as well as special projects. Because they can’t all be done simultaneously, it’s necessary for the IT Director to prioritize all requests so that the most crucial ones get done first.

In order to do that, all requests for IT assistance of any kind must be sent to help@leohamel.com. Requests should never be given verbally or sent directly addressed to IT personnel. Requests that are sent directly will be ignored or returned to sender if time permits.

All verbal requests for assistance will be considered dev-t unless a state of emergency exists, meaning that something is actually on fire.

Once requests are submitted, do not pester IT personnel with questions about when your project will be done. If you must inquire about ETAs, send an email to help@leohamel.com.
