William Henry Product Registration

Every William Henry knife, pen or money clip must be registered on the vendor’s website. Registration is very important because it not only activates the customer’s warranty, it also signs them up on William Henry’s mailing list where they can get special email offers which can result in future sales. It is the salesperson’s responsibility to register every WH item they sell on the SAME day the purchase is made. Failure to do so can result in loss of commission. Below is the procedure for registering your customer’s WH purchase. Make sure to get your customer’s email address so you can fill out the info properly.

How to register a William Henry purchase:

  1. Go to the William Henry website: www.WilliamHenryStudio.com.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click on “Dealer Extranet Login.”
  3. Under Dealer Login type in- Username: dealer Password: whstudio
  4. Dealer page will pop up. Click on “Register Product” on the left hand side of the webpage.
  5. Fill out the form including the dealer location/store name, product type, model number, serial number of the WH piece, customer’s email address, name and zip code.
  6. Click “Submit.”

The customer will be sent a thank you note from William Henry Studio. They will also receive emails about once a month offering limited and exclusive WHS editions. The customer can purchase these pieces through the dealer they are registered under. This will result in easy sales for our store because we will be sent the sale as long as we registered them.
