Wearing Inventory

Employees of the company are not allowed to wear any jewelry or watches belonging to the store or belonging to any of the store’s vendors or customers, whether new or used. This includes inventory in repair, inventory purchased off the street, and inventory that has not been put in stock yet. This applies to wearing such jewelry or watches inside the store as well as outside the store.

The only exception would be jewelry or watches worn by express permission of the President, or by the request of the repair department to check timing.

Our inventory is our main valuable asset, and selling it is how we stay in business. We have to keep it secure and take care of its physical condition to ensure it remains sellable. If it’s out of the case being worn around inside or outside the store, it could get damaged, lost or stolen.
