Each of the buyers sees different things every week and each learns different things in making the buys. When you experience something new that might be of use to your fellow buyers, please write a brief description of what you saw, did or experienced.
It could be that you discovered a new negotiating trick. Maybe you had to figure out if something was genuine or not or you had to figure out what something was worth. In these cases, it would be nice (especially if it was a unique item or an unusual situation) to write up what happened and send out to your fellow estate buyers. Each buyer who receives an email of this kind should print it out and put in your file so you can refer to it if you run into a similar situation. (Keep a copy in your HAT folder.)
Please don’t hesitate to share your experience and the knowledge or solution you learned so all the buyers can benefit from it, and your co-buyers will in turn share with you, allowing you to be a more successful buyer.
