We collect customer’s e-mail addresses and send them e-blasts with promotional materials for sales, shows and other events. At the bottom of the each e-mail there is a link for the customer to unsubscribe themselves from receiving future emails from us. Before any e-blast is sent out, all unsubscribe email requests will be taken off our e-blast list so our emails will no longer be sent to anyone who has requested off our email mailings.
When the customer fills out the form to unsubscribe, we ask the reason they are unsubscribing so we know if there is any customer problem that might need to be addressed.
Some customers will also request that they be removed from physical mailings as well. When this happens, we need to look up the customer file and change their contact keys.
Sometimes a customer will call in or email someone here to request that they no longer receive e-blasts / marketing e-mails from us. If you receive a phone call or e-mail from a customer asking to be removed from our e-mail list, go to www.leohamel.com/unsubscribe and fill out the form on the customer’s behalf. On the form, enter “Customer request” for the reason field.
If a customer has previously unsubscribed from our e-blast and now wishes to receive them, go to www.leohamel.com/unsubscribe and at the bottom of the page enter their e-mail address in the re-subscribe box and click submit. This will take them off of our unsubscribe list and will allow them to receive future marketing e-mails.
