Timesheets from the previous pay period will be distributed by HR on the Friday following that pay period by 12:00 noon. Review your timesheet and make sure that all times worked are correct and sign at the bottom to acknowledge your agreement.
Employees are responsible to have their timesheets signed by 4:00 pm on Friday afternoon and returned to HR. In the event of a bank holiday, timesheets must be signed and returned to HR by 1:00 pm on Friday afternoon. If the timesheet is not signed, it is assumed that all hours are correct. If any changes need to be made to timesheets that were not signed or returned, the adjustments will be made during the next pay period.
