Talk Radio at Work

Talk radio is not to be listened to at work.

The reason is simple. If one is listening close enough to be aware of what is being discussed, then one is not paying “full” attention to one’s work. If one is not paying any attention to the radio, then it doesn’t need to be talk radio anyway.

Music radio is fine so long as it is a station that broadcasts primarily music. Comedy/music shows, like “Morning Zoo” would not be appropriate as a major part of their programming is jokes/talk.
