Shipping Watches to Customers

All watches being shipped to customers whether from new sales or from the repair department need to be checked for basic functionality, like time setting, date setting, that the chronograph works and can be reset with all hands going to zero, the bezel turns if it is supposed to, etc.

Before shipping, set the watch to the correct date and time at the destination. If the person lives in another time zone, go to www.timeanddate.com or www.timetemperature.com to get their local time. Set for the date and time of the place it is going and give it a full wind (40+ turns). Screw the crown securely down when done.
