Responsibility for the Completeness of the Invoice Rests With the Writer

It is the responsibility of the person who writes an invoice to insure that the invoice is complete and that the correct amount of payment is collected and delivered to Div 3, whether the person who writes it is the Cashier, the salesperson of record, or someone else who is helping the salesperson.

If a salesperson asks another person to help write up an invoice, it is the responsibility of the person who accepts this job to see that it is written up correctly and completely, that the data is given back to the salesperson after the sale so it can be qualled and the computer updated.

This includes repairs, obviously, as Repair doesn’t write all the invoices for repairs. Anyone writing the invoice for a repair will be held responsible for that invoice.
