Repairs of Silver

We are a high end jewelry store. 98% of the jewelry we carry is made of gold or platinum. We offer a wide variety of repairs on jewelry. We do not however repair nor do any sort of work on silver items.

Silver is a cheap metal therefore the jewelry is generally made cheaply. Working on cheap items like this can turn into a disaster. Because the items are made poorly it is easy for large problems to arise. Simple repairs can turn into major disasters that we have to spend WAY too much time on. There is no profit in these repairs.

It is understood that we do carry silver lines. Any repairs necessary with these lines are handled by the factory.
