Quality

What is quality? For our purposes we will use this definition of “having a high degree of excellence”.

It is necessary for us to maintain a standard of quality that is above the usual. We want our exchange with the public to be in abundance. We want our customers to feel that they received more than what was expected.

This quality, this degree of excellence, will be our ticket to making real gains in the area of expansion.

The old proverb, “anything worth doing, is worth doing well”, applies here.
