Police Officers or Pawn Inspectors

If a police officer or pawn inspector calls or comes into one of our buy offices to inspect or ask about a buy or a pawn, immediately direct them to the COO (Maggie).

If the COO is not available then route to the CFO (Robin) and then to the CEO (Leo) if Robin and Maggie are both not available. Simply tell them that only your supervisor can help them with whatever information they need.

Do not let them rifle through your buys or ask you questions about particular buys. You can tell them that you do not have access to the safe and all our buys are stored in our central location in Old Town and direct them to call your supervisor.

Also, if they come in to your location make sure you ask to see their badge and verify what department they work for.
