Owners Have Dibs on Merchandise Purchases

It is one of the privileges of being an owner of this company that we have first dibs on purchasing any merchandise new or estate, whether in stock or in repair or on memo or on hold. Any employee may make a request to purchase any merchandise but if an owner wants to buy it, the owner gets it even if the employee asked first.

If two owners want to purchase the same thing, it’s decided by stock ownership percentage first and then we draw straws.

Honorary owners have second dibs on purchasing any merchandise.
