OT Safe, Keep it Locked

The big safe in the Old Town buy office is to be kept locked during the day. Every morning, a manager will open the safe, and the buy employees will remove just what they need to work on that day, then the safe will be locked again.

There is a smaller safe with a push-button lock where today’s buys and work can be stored. That safe should also be kept locked at all times and only opened to take items out or put items in.

At the end of each day, the small safe is emptied and everything is stored in the big safe again. Nothing is ever to be left overnight in the small safe. The Estate Buying Manager will verify that the small safe is empty and the big safe is locked before leaving each night. If the EBM is not here, the ESM will check, or the COO.

If a customer comes in to pick up a pawn, summon a manager to open the safe, and then lock it again once the pawn has been removed.
