As with all commissioned sales jobs, salespeople make the lion’s share of their wages from commission and do not rely on a base wage. We do pay a base wage to provide a safety net for slow weeks and also to compensate for the duties you may have that do not directly produce sales.
All new salespeople will be paid during their introductory period (90-days) on a progressive scale to give them time to get momentum going on making sales.
After the introductory period is complete salespeople will continue to earn $480.00 base plus commission. Sales targets will be established for all phases and if targets are consistently not met, termination may ensue.
