Nametags

Customers are always more comfortable knowing who they are dealing with. This is especially important for a customer who is new to the store or the buy office. We WANT our customers to remember WHO gave them the excellent customer experience.

Therefore, we will now require all of our customer-facing employees (sales, buyers and repair) to wear a nametag during store hours. The tags are magnetic, so you don”t have to worry about ruining your new outfit!

It is suggested that the nametags be left at the store, to eliminate the risk of forgetting them at home.
