Letters Sent Out

All the letters and packages we send out to our customers and vendors are forms of PR (Public Relations).

“The object of PR is persuasion to think, either newly or differently or to keep on thinking the same way.” – per Modern Management Technology Defined.

If we send out a letter with a black line from the printer running along the edge of the letter, this would seem like we are not very professional. If they think we aren’t professional, why would they come in and buy a $5,000 watch?

If the letters going out get folded incorrectly, this too promotes that we are a bunch of inept individuals. That is not very good PR and they will be “persuaded” to think we are inept individuals.

All letters/packages that go out have to be of good quality and form. This would include the paper which it’s printed on, the print itself, the box it goes into, the packaging material we use; and anything else which represents this company.

Let’s keep our PR excellent and show everyone, in everything we do, how great the company is and how great the staff is.
