Letter Stuffers

All mail leaving the store, to customers, should contain a stuffer of some type. A stuffer can promote any of our products or services.

“Statement stuffers” or “stuffers” have a purpose, as do all our promotional materials:

To create or increase the demand for our products or services.

If you are writing to a person that was interested in a particular product you should send him something related to that product.

If you are sending out random letters, then include something that we are trying to promote currently.

BUT ALWAYS INCLUDE SOMETHING!

Obviously you should update the computer if sending something particular so you don’t send it twice.

Always include a referral card as well.

Summary:
