Insider Specials on Letters

We are adding something to our letters to make them more effective as sales tools: From now on there will always be 1-3 items listed at the bottom of your letters that are “Insider Specials.” These are bargains or specials that are good until sold or until pulled from the list. The basic format is below. It should be positioned below your signature so that it is a separate communication. The Sales Manager will be able to give these to you.

The Sales Manager will get the list of specials from what she knows would be worthy of discounting, or from the Inventory Manager. She will also let the Buyer know on items we have bought off of the street which we would like to turn in-house quickly.

The Sales Manager will send out an e-mail to all the staff as the items change. Just copy and paste the new items into your letters. (Sales Manger – take note to type out the specials in a correct way so as to allow others to just copy and paste, i.e.: spelling, punctuation and other grammatical points.)

This policy applies to all general letters sent out. There may be an exception such as a communication specifically to one person where it may not be appropriate to include the specials. All other letters carry it.

3. Ladies custom Platinum ring set with a .50ct. princess cut Fancy Yellow diamond and .50ct. of diamonds $2,500.
