Our salespeople and/or buyers need to know what we are advertising and where in case a customer asks about it. Whenever a new ad is placed:
Marketing is to ensure that a Contact Source exists for that ad type in the POS system. If one does not, ask IT to add it.
Marketing emails a copy of the ad to the salespeople or estate buyers, informing them when the ad will run.
This needs to be done every time. NO EXCEPTIONS!
