All repairs taken in must be assigned an amount to the customer under estimate, leaving it blank or zero is false, and opens us up to confusion and “he said, she said.” If left blank, the customer could say “I paid,” or “they said it was free.” If it isn’t written it isn’t true, is the rule here.
If you don’t know ask. The Repair Dept can provide you with an estimated amount.
Every job says an amount, no charge, call w/est., or “give”.
