Estimates At The Counter

It was agreed at the meeting we had at Gary’s that all efforts are to be taken by whomever takes in any job, to get a pre-approved estimate before taking it in. Sales people, as well as any others AND the repair department should make every effort to take in jobs that Do Not need estimates, because one has been pre-approved. Example: “This will cost no more than $50. Can I have the go ahead as long as it is $50 or less?” This will save time as we won’t have to call customers, and it speeds up the repair process.
