In some instances management may approve a temporary change in an employee’s schedule to allow that employee to attend a training course of some kind. Employees may be approved to leave a maximum of 1 hour early 1 time per week and the time must be made up within the same work week.
In order to qualify the employee must request a change of schedule by CSW, provide proof of class registration as soon as possible, and provide a certificate of completion for the class once finished.
Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in withdrawal of approval for the temporary schedule at which time the standard schedule must be resumed and/or disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
The Company will not be responsible for any loss of tuition or other expense resulting from any employee enrolling in any course with or without prior approval.
