Employees Hours

Our regular store hours for customers are from 11:00am to 6:00pm Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Our employee work hours are 10:00am to 6:30pm Tuesday through Friday, and Saturday from 10:00am to 5:30pm. Everyone works this schedule.

Employees generally do not have approval to clock in early. Clock in is allowed only from 9:50 to 10:00am. If you arrive before 9:50am, you may remain in your vehicle, or come inside to the break room to make coffee, chat, etc. Don’t stand outside in front of the store, as that creates a risk for you from robbers.

Only those employees who do stats on Fridays may clock in as early as 9:30am on that day.

Sometimes during the year, employees may be asked to arrive or leave earlier or later than their normal scheduled time. Non-exempt employees are generally entitled to overtime pay for any hours worked over 8 in a day or 40 in a week.

Non-exempt employees must obtain written approval from their supervisors and the Director of HR before working any overtime hours unless you are staying late to close the showroom because we had late customers.
