Dials and Bezels, Sale of

Please inform all customers that the price of custom dials and bezels includes exchange of their old dial or bezel.

If they wish to keep their dial or bezel, the price of the new dial is $250 to $350 more than the price quoted, and the price of the bezel is $75 more.

Rolex dials are getting nearly impossible to find so we must get a swap or they must pay the fee listed above. The repair manager or inventory should be able to figure out which amount to charge them.

All customers should be told ahead of time to avoid misunderstandings!

On bezels, if the customer REALLY makes a big deal about getting their bezel back and they don’t want to pay, then just give it to them. This does not mean that you do it every time; it means exactly what I said:

IF THEY GIVE YOU A REALLY HARD TIME, THEN JUST GIVE IT TO THEM.
