Dial Swaps

First of all, all automatic watches need to have a clean & overhaul every three to five years.

Second, if the customer has not had a service done on their watch recently then it probably needs a service and may need other worn parts replaced. This is the perfect time to have a dial swap done. It saves the customer $60 because there is no extra charge for the dial swap at the time of servicing.

If the customer declines on the service then we can not guarantee the watch will work correctly do to the fact that we didn’t do anything to it.

When selling a new dial to a customer the first thing Nam does is remove the movement, then the hands. After removing the hands you have to remove one screw so the old dial can be taken out and the new one installed. then Nam puts the hands back on and installs the movement back into the watch. We are not cleaning, adjusting or checking the watch for worn or broken parts. ONLY SWAPPING DIALS.

WE NEED TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER WHEN THE SALE IS TAKING PLACE SO THAT WE DON’T HAVE PROBLEMS DOWN THE ROAD.
