Our newsletter is our communication-line to our customers. It is an effective but inexpensive vehicle. It is never to be sent to a supplier or dealer.

Many dealers are too Image Conscious to appreciate the concept behind our newsletter. Therefore, to avoid upsets with suppliers, the only LHC promotion that suppliers are to ever receive is copies of promotion that they are sharing in the costs with us on. When this is the case they have already pre-approved the layout and design so there will be no upset.

To avoid accidentally sending of the newsletter to suppliers, insure one of the Contact Keys are marked as a “Vendor” and the “Mailings Twelve” or “Mailings Three” is not checked.
