Customers Cohabiting

If you have two people, and each person is truly a customer, then each person should have their own file. In each file there should be a note referring the other customer.

If two people are living together and don’t have the same last name then each should have a file, but each should reference each other and only one should be used for all transactions (preferably the men’s file).

However only have one customer receiving the newsletter.

In this day and age where people change mates like underwear we don’t want to lose customers over it!
