Customer Files – Senior Datum

The prime purpose of the computer Customer Data Base is so that Div 4A and Div 2 can efficiently promote to customers.

There is no reason that the Customer Data Base cannot be used for other purposes (such as for dealers, etc.) as long as it does not interfere with the above stated purpose.

Entering non-customer files incorrectly so they cannot be distinguished from customer files interferes with this purpose. It is a serious offense since it is a hindrance on our out flow lines to our customers.
