Company Statistics

At Leo Hamel Co. it has always been routine for everyone to share in the company statistics. At meetings, everyone knows what gross sales and gross profits are. I feel it is good for everyone to “be in the know.” BUT this information is BY POLICY not for outside knowledge.

I am sure this makes sense to you. Others only need to know that we are doing well. Very well at that, but profit figures are for US to know. If you feel like “hinting around” that sales are in the MANY millions, that is O.K.
