Company Parties

The company may occasionally host a party/event for our employees at various venues. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are provided. Alcoholic beverages may be provided by a hired professional bartender or the restaurant venue where the party is held.

The company may provide 2 drink tickets per attendee to exchange for alcoholic beverages. Drink tickets are not transferable; do not give your unused tickets to others. Destroy them or give them to the bartender.

Transportation is generally not provided or reimbursed. Employees are encouraged to use designated drivers or services such as Uber when consuming alcoholic beverages. The company is not responsible for limiting your alcohol intake so be responsible and respectful. Anyone behaving in a disruptive or risky manner may be asked to leave and may not be invited to future company events.

The company may provide games and/or drawings with prizes of merchandise and/or monetary instruments and/or other awards. You must be present to win. If you arrive at the party but leave before prizes are awarded, you are no longer eligible to win a prize. However, if an award is based on attendance, you may still be eligible to receive that award.

Attendance is generally limited to employees and one guest of your choosing. Your guest may be a friend, a relative, a spouse, an adult child, or anyone else. If you’re bringing your spouse, that is your guest. If both spouses work here, you are each other’s guest.

Children under 18 may be invited to company parties depending upon location. Young adults under 21 may not drink alcohol at any company party location.
