Clarity Enhanced stones are a great value if they are priced correctly. They should be priced as an imperfect stones. As they usually are just that.
Clarity enhanced stones are usually I 2 or I 3 stones. Rarely will it work for a company to drill and fill an SI 1 or 2 stone, although it has happened. So, they usually are imperfect (I) stones. They should be bought and sold as such. We should try to buy them as I 2 or I3 stones and priced to sell as I 1 or I 2 stones. The main rule is to buy them at an acceptable price to make a profit by selling them at a fair price. It wouldn’t be fair to sell them as SI stones. Value is a part of our company and a these stones are a great value if they are priced correctly.
You should also not refer to these diamonds as I 1 or I 2, but as “imperfect, but clarity enhanced so they look better than they are.”
