Specials in catalogs and flyers are not valid until the promo piece itself is mailed, and then only to PEOPLE WHO GET THE PROMO PIECE.

Others pay regular price. If you add new customers to the mailing list, be careful not to send them any promo piece that contains the item that they just bought at a lower price.
