Cartier Repairs

In the past Cartier would not accept repairs from other jewelry stores. We have been fortunate enough to develop a relationship with an east coast jewelry store that will send in our Cartier watch repairs to the factory.

Royal Jewelers is the name of the store and the repair department has developed a personal relationship with them so that we can assist customers with Cartier repairs.

The Cartier watches are sent directly to Royal Jewelers and sent to Cartier from there. We have absolutely NO control of the time frame of these repairs.

All customers dropping off Cartier repairs should be informed that their repair will take roughly 6 weeks.

Customers should ONLY be informed that their watch will be sent to the factory and it will take roughly 6 weeks. DO NOT inform the customers of Royal Jewelers information!!

We do not have the ability to order parts only to send the watches off for repair.
