Appearance of the Showroom

The appearance of our showroom is crucial to our ability to service customers. Customers coming in form an instant impression of what kind of company we are based on the condition of our showroom.

Being here every day we tend to overlook things but customers will see everything. The only things we want customers to focus on are the jewelry and watches in the cases. If they notice anything else it should be because it’s attractive, not because it’s dirty or an eyesore.

To accomplish this, the first thing every day employees who set up must ensure that everything is clean and in good repair before we open the doors. The Inventory Manager checks each case to make sure that employees cleaned cases inside and out, as well as replaced any broken or damaged displays. Estates Maintenance personnel clean the customer restroom before we open. All through the day, salespeople, sales assistants, and the receptionist must continue to keep the showroom and restroom orderly and clean.
